When My Inner Child Met His Inner Child

Published by sunflower at 6:47 am under My life Edit This

Why people have so different sensitivity?

I always had the feeling there is something wrong with me, because the majority of people around me seem to think and act completely differently to the way I think and act.

I spend some time trying to align with the other people at least on the surface and being “lone-wolf’ inside. I almost succeeded when I realized I feel completely stuck, alone and unhappy.

I intended to live my life stuck, alone and unhappy, enjoying only my daughter presence and the beautiful world around me, but then something strange has happened. I met the one that thinks and acts the same way I thought and acted before I almost grew up. And with him I became me again.

On my opinion, there are two ways of living your live. As “a child” or as “an adult” – figuratively speaking. And the adult way sucks.

Only children are open and honest. Only children are adventurous and have no fear. Yoda says: the fear is the path to the dark side.

Not that we shouldn’t fear, not that there is no dark side whatsoever. But I like Carl Jung’s idea:

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”

I think only children dare to make changes, dare to make the darkness conscious – adults prefer the hypocrisy, the security of the old paths, the status quo.

So, I have connected to my Inner Child and now I want to talk to people connected to their Inner Children only, because they are the only ones you can talk to honestly.

I don’t want to be bothered to talk to hypocrites – I do this only on business and I still believe there is a room for honesty in business too. May be my next life, but …. somebody should lay the foundations. :)

And as we speak about business and only yesterday I found out how to offer products on my blog, here is what I suggest today:
